What is your warranty policy?

Where can I get a product manual?

Manuals can be downloaded from the Manuals page under Support or from the individual product pages.

Can I purchase your products from outside the USA?

How much does it cost for shipping to my house?

How long will I receive my order?

We usually ship orders out within 24 to 48 hours when receiving orders. It normally takes 5 to 7 days depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.Shipping and Delivery

How can I return my order?

How can I purchase replacement parts? 

Replacement parts can be purchased directly from Oliver Machinery by calling Customer Service at 800-559-5065, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PST, Monday - Friday) Please have your model number, serial number and MFD ready when calling for replacement parts. Also, you can send our Part’s Department an email at to get a quote and availability on the parts you need.

Where do I go to get my product repaired? 

For warranty repair, please fill out our Online Warranty Request Form. Once we receive the form, we will contact you within 24 hours. To obtain repair service for products outside of warranty, please visit our Authorized Repair Station page to find an authorized repair station nearest you.

How can I register my product?

To register your product online, please visit our online product registration page. If you have questions or encounter any issues while registering your product, please call Customer Relations at 800-559-5065

What should I do when my order seems damaged when it arrives?
